This add-on now has a new repository and is back up working again.
Some links require SportsDevil so this is also in the repo.
It currently has the latest version installed.
UK ISPs block a lot of sources in SportsDevil so you will need a VPN for some of the sources.

NJM Soccer Video Add-On Installation Guide Kodi. A great add-on for live sports.
  • Open Kodi
  • Select SYSTEM > File Manager
  • Select Add Source
  • Select None
  • Type the following EXACTLY http://njmweb.we.bs/NJMSoccer (notice there are capital letters in the url) and select Done
  • Highlight the box underneath Enter a name for this media Source & type njmsoccer
  • Select OK
  • Go back to your Home Screen
  • Select SYSTEM
  • Select Add-Ons
  • Select Install from zip file
  • Select njmsoccer
  • Select Repository.NJMSoccer-x.x.x.zip
  • Wait for Add-on enabled notification
  • Select Install from repository or Get Add-Ons on Helix
  • Select NJM Soccer Repo
  • Select Video Add-Ons
  • Select NJM-Soccer
  • Select Install
  • Wait for Add-on enabled notification
NJM Soccer is now installed and ready to use. As usual the add-on can be accessed via VIDEOS > Add-Ons > NJM Soccer
